1. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Thin Angle website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Any website templates, design systems, automation setups, SEO frameworks, strategic materials, and related assets sold or delivered by Thin Angle remain protected by intellectual property law. Purchase of a product or service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated in writing.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, or claim Thin Angle materials as your own without prior written consent.
3. Products & Services
Thin Angle offers digital products and services that may include, but are not limited to:
Website templates
Template installation and customization
Website strategy and design support
SEO-related setup and guidance
Blog structure or content-related recommendations
GoHighLevel automations and CRM-related setup
Google Business Profile or review-related support
Ongoing monthly care or support plans
All services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and included revisions will be defined on the relevant sales page, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written communication.
We reserve the right to decline any order, inquiry, project, or service request at our discretion.
4. Digital Product License
When you purchase a Thin Angle website template or other digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business or the specific permitted use stated at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not:
Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the template or files
Duplicate the product for resale or client resale
Claim the original template design, structure, or assets as your own work
Use the product in a way that violates the intended license terms
Thin Angle reserves the right to revoke access to digital products if licensing terms are violated.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, timely feedback, and any necessary access to platforms or accounts needed for project completion.
Thin Angle is not responsible for delays caused by:
Missing content or assets
Delayed communication or approvals
Incomplete onboarding information
Third-party platform issues
Client-side technical, account, or access problems
Clients are also responsible for reviewing final deliverables before launch, implementation, or publication.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Some Thin Angle products and services may rely on third-party platforms or tools, including but not limited to Framer, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google Business Profile, domains, hosting providers, analytics tools, email platforms, or related software.
Thin Angle is not responsible for platform outages, pricing changes, policy changes, feature removals, account suspensions, or technical limitations imposed by any third-party provider.
Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, and practices.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined on the applicable checkout page, invoice, proposal, subscription page, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payment is required before delivery of digital products
A deposit or upfront payment may be required before service work begins
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule
Ongoing monthly services or care plans may renew on a recurring basis until cancelled according to the agreed terms
If payment is late, Thin Angle reserves the right to pause work, withhold deliverables, revoke access, or cancel active services until payment is received.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, strategy work, setup work, and custom services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Thin Angle does not offer refunds for:
Downloadable digital products
Website templates once purchased or delivered
Completed services
Strategy, consulting, setup, or implementation work already performed
Subscription periods already billed
If a payment plan is offered, the client remains responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Revisions, Edits & Support
Any revisions, edits, support, installation work, or monthly maintenance included with a purchase will be limited to what is specifically stated in the offer, invoice, or agreement.
Requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee and timeline.
Thin Angle is not obligated to provide unlimited revisions, indefinite support, or ongoing updates unless those are included in an active support or monthly care plan.
10. Results Disclaimer
Thin Angle provides design, website, SEO, automation, and strategic services intended to support a stronger online presence and business growth. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Search engine rankings
Website traffic
Leads or inquiries
Bookings or revenue
Review growth
Conversion rates
Business performance outcomes
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, offer quality, sales process, follow-up systems, platform changes, and client implementation.
11. Confidentiality
Thin Angle will handle client information with reasonable care and professionalism. We will not intentionally disclose sensitive business information shared with us except where necessary to deliver services or where disclosure is required by law.
Clients also agree not to share, copy, or disclose Thin Angle’s proprietary methods, internal processes, pricing structures, frameworks, templates, or non-public materials without written consent.
12. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Thin Angle reserves the right to display completed work, project previews, screenshots, design samples, or general project outcomes in our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.
If a client requires confidentiality or non-disclosure regarding a project, that must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thin Angle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, missed opportunities, or losses related to third-party platforms or client implementation decisions.
Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Thin Angle for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
14. No Warranty
All products, services, templates, and website materials are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated in writing.
Thin Angle makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted functionality, compatibility with all third-party tools, or error-free performance.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
By continuing to use our website, products, or services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
