Why Thin Angle?
(01)
Designers make sites pretty. Engineers make them rank.
I'm Amulek Angulo — a software engineer who shipped mobile apps for Skullcandy, The American Battlefield Trust, and FM Flow before going independent.
When I started freelancing, I built websites for clients across every industry. Wedding photographers stood out. The photography was beautiful — work I'd want hanging on my own wall — but every site I touched had the same problems: ugly layouts, slow load times, no SEO foundation. Different photographers, same gap.
That's why Thin Angle exists. Most photographer template companies are run by designers — sites look beautiful but don't rank, don't load fast, and rarely understand how Google decides who shows up first when a couple searches "wedding photographer in Salt Lake City." I'm bringing the engineering rigor I learned shipping apps for millions of users to the part of your business that's costing you bookings.
If your photography is world-class, your website should be too. That's the whole thesis.

What makes Thin Angle different?
(02)
What Makes Thin Angle Different
Six engineering decisions most photographer templates skip. We treat them as table stakes.
Schema markup on every page
LocalBusiness, FAQ, Reviews, and Photograph structured data — telling Google exactly what your business is.
Sub-2-second LCP target
Mobile-grade page speed engineered into every page. Couples don't bounce while a slow website loads.
Real venue page architecture
Dedicated, indexable pages for the venues you shoot — built to rank for "[venue name] wedding photographer."
Service area targeting
Geographic landing pages for every city you cover — capturing local search the portfolio alone can't reach.
Server-rendered HTML
Google indexes your full content on the first request. Most JavaScript-heavy photographer sites silently fail this.
Proper heading hierarchy
H1, H2, H3 used as Google's table of contents — not as decoration. Cohesive page architecture top to bottom.
